U13 - U18 - $350 per team (maximum 18 players / 20 players for U17/U18 - roster submitted at the tourney) |

1. By Visa or Mastercard - The office manager will contact the primary contact for credit card information. If contact is other than 'primary contact' please state who you would like us to contact for the credit card information. This method is the quickest and easiest for all.
2. By Cheque - **cheques must indicate team name and division e.g U13 boys gold “Tigers". NSF cheques will be charged a $20 fee.
